Silver Top Walking Stick Monogram Challenge

silver top walking stick

A very, very difficult monogram.

Today’s monogram challenge is engraved on a piece that’s a bit of a departure from Silver Magpies usual style.  It’s a silver top walking stick with a horn tip.

A wonderful Art Deco piece with a hammered sterling silver top, black painted shaft and horn tip. Very elegant and distinguished.

After last week’s super easy challenge I thought you’d be well rested for this one!

How to play the vintage silver top walking stick monogram challenge

For those of you who are new, welcome and thanks for taking a look around. The monogram challenge is simple to play. Take a look at the photo and leave your best guess in the comments below. If more than one person gets the answer correct, I’ll draw names out of my hat to break the tie. The winner is then announced the next Monday.

As with any good contest, prizes are involved. To read all about that and the official rules click here – Monogram Challenge Rules. If you are looking for information about Monograms on Silver – click Silver Monogram Rules – Google sends people astray every so often.

I have my grandfathers stick walking cane. I want to put a silver top horn tip on it much like you have on your page. Please send information. The handle shaft is a little less than an inch round but I can wrap a leather cord around it and use a bonding substance if larger. Thank you.
