Good Monday morning. Are you ready to wake your brain up with today’s vintage silver monogram challenge?
It really is a challenge today, this single letter is engraved in ultra fine script on a baby fork and spoon set and is extremely difficult to read in person and in the photo.
The baby feeding set is from Lunt Silver in the William and Mary pattern. William and Mary was introduced in 1921 and these are old, vintage pieces…nice and heavy.

How to Play the Vintage Silver Monogram Challenge
For those of you who are new, welcome and thanks for taking a look around. The monogram challenge is simple to play. Take a look at the photo and leave your best guess in the comments below. If more than one person gets the answer correct, I’ll draw names out of my hat to break the tie. The winner is then announced the next Monday.
As with any good contest, prizes are involved. To read all about that and the official rules click here – Monogram Challenge Rules. If you are looking for information about Monograms on Silver – click Silver Monogram Rules – Google sends people astray every so often.
Last Week’s Vintage Silver Monogram Challenge

- Paula – Creative Catalyst
- Celindy Kellum – a previous winner
- & Elizabeth all correctly said it is FC.
From my trusty straw hat I’ve pulled…
Congratulations Elizabeth, contact me and let’s get your sixpence to you.
How is the holiday preparation/celebration going for everyone? Are you still in the prep phase or have you got it all done and moved into the celebrating part? I’m still in prep…hopefully will be done while it’s still 2011!
